- Season tickets are a great way to save money, but we understand you might not be able to attend every game. One main benefit to having a full season ticket is that if you miss a game, you may trade in that unused, previous game ticket at the North Charleston Coliseum Box Office for a ticket to a future game. This is a great way to bring friends or family with you!
- 24-game season ticket holders may also exchange tickets for games they are unable to be at. These plan holders must notify a Stingrays ticket representative at least 48 hours prior to the game they are going to miss. Please also allow 48 hours notice for the game you’d like to exchange your tickets for. The Stingrays are not able to accommodate ticket exchanges for games that have already been played for partial plan holders. If you have specific questions, please contact your ticket representative.
The North Charleston Coliseum’s ticket policy states that children ages 2 and under are admitted free of charge if they sit on a lap. For more information, visit the NCC's website.

Full Season Ticket Holders and 24 game plan holders will have the opportunity to renew the same seats from year-to-year provided an account deposit is made prior to pre-determined deadlines set forth by the Stingrays.
Seat relocation occurs on an annual basis, at the time of ticket renewal. The Stingrays will use their best efforts to annually allocate and license seats under various ticket plans but retain the rights to refuse, renew, or limit the number and determine the location of such seats. Relocation, if possible, will be considered on the basis of the longevity of each account, the seat location currently held and openings that may occur because of cancellations in the requested area(s). No consideration will be made unless the ticket holder indicates in writing a change is desired and the first payment has been received by the Stingrays by the first payment due date. When requesting relocation, please specify your request regarding section, row, seat numbers, price range, etc.
A Front Office representative will contact the season ticket holder of record if any available options exist. If the season ticket holder issuing the request fails to respond to any phone or email messages made by the Stingrays in a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Stingrays, priority pertaining to the requested seats will be lost.
Full season ticket holders receive the first round of Kelly Cup Playoff home games as part of the package. Full and Weekender plan holders automatically receive first priority for securing their seats for postseason tickets. Seats are reserved with payment by a pre-determined date set forth by the Stingrays. Season ticket holders who do not reserve their seats for the playoffs still retain first right of refusal on their seats for the following regular season prior to the to-be-announced renewal deadline
The transfer of season tickets into a different name is at the sole discretion of the Stingrays. Please visit or call the Stingrays Front Office at 843-744-2248 if you have any questions or want to inquire about transferring your season tickets.
