1. A copy of these terms and conditions will be available at stingrayshockey.com throughout the  contest.  

2. By participating in this competition between 06:05:00 PM EST on 10/30/26 to the end of the second period on 10/30/26 (inclusive), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  

3. To enter the competition, internet access is required. Beginning at the Stingrays game, participants may enter by scanning the designated QR code, where the competition entry page will be available.

4. The competition will entail the entrant visiting a link located at stingrayshockey.com and entering  the requested details. The winner will then be selected at random after the end of the second period on 10/30/26 from those who have entered the promotion. 

5. When entering the competition, you acknowledge that your name, date of birth, zip code, email  address and phone number (the “Personal Data”) will have been made available to South Carolina Stingrays (the “team”) and Fan Cave Tickets (the “sponsor”). All Personal Data will be held and used by the team in accordance with the team’s privacy policies. By submitting your details on  entry to the contest you agree that from time to time, our partners (including the team), sponsors or associated companies may contact you with information regarding relevant goods and/or services we feel may be of interest to you.  

6. One (1) entry per person. Additional entries will be rendered void. 

7. The prize is non-transferable and there will be no cash alternative or alternative prizes for any reason. 

8. The winner will be picked at random from all eligible entries received.  

9. The winner must be at least 18 years old at time of entry or accompanied by a parent or  guardian. 

10. The winner must be in attendance at the South Carolina Stingrays game on 10/30/26 during the drawing  and announcement of the winner. 

11. The winner must claim the prize in person at the game on 10/30/26. 

12. The winner will be contacted by the South Carolina Stingrays in person or by telephone during the game on 10/30/26. 

13. 13. The prize: One (1) winner will win two (2) tickets to a four day rock festival in Daytona, FL May 6 - 9, 2027, airfare to a Daytona area airport and hotel accommodations for the duration of the festival. 

14. The South Carolina Stingrays and Fan Cave Tickets bear no responsibility related to travel or other costs incurred while attending Welcome to Rockville  

15. Employees of the Washington Capitals, Hershey Bears, South Carolina Stingrays, Sodexo, and Legends Global, including interns, part-time employees and contractors, and their immediate family are ineligible to win. 

16. Acceptance of the prize authorizes the South Carolina Stingrays  to publish the name of the winner and  the winner is consenting to having publicity photographs and/or video images taken of them taken for use by the South Carolina Stingrays. Where consent is not provided, or where a winner does  not wish to accept the prize, an alternative winner may be selected instead. 

17. The team shall not be liable for any failure to comply with their obligations where the failure is  caused by something outside their reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not  be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities,  political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other  circumstances amounting to force majeure.  

18. The team accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the team limited for death or  personal injury as a result of its negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.  

19. The promoter is South Carolina Stingrays.  

20. INDEMNIFICATION - You hereby agree to indemnify and hold the ECHL and its teams harmless  from all claims, liabilities, damages and expenses (including attorneys' fees and expenses) arising out of or relating to: (A) your use of this Website, the products, Merchandise, Tickets and/or  Services purchased via this Website; or (B) any alleged breach of this Agreement by you.
