“This Sunday, September 12, the South Carolina Stingrays, proud ECHL affiliates of the NHL’s Washington Capitals and the AHL’s Hershey Bears, and Cool Ray will be in attendance at the Charleston Youth Hockey Association’s annual kickoff event at the Carolina Ice Palace from 12-4pm. The kickoff will be open to all families and the public.
